CTN programming is available on Comcast in Coon Rapids. Our community calendar can be seen on Channel 14, community programming is available on Channel 15 (859 HD), government programming can be viewed on Channel 16 (799 HD) and content from other local community stations runs on Channel 19.

No, You can only get CTN’s award-winning programming on Xfinity (formerly Comcast) cable television.
CTN programming is all staff produced, therefore, we do not have a public access facility.
CTN does not collect cable equipment or process payments for Comcast bills. The closest Comcast/Xfinity Store is located at 9660 Colorado Lane in Brooklyn Park. They are open Monday-Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Information on CenturyLink will follow.
The City of Coon Rapids does not use general tax dollars to fund the activities of CTN but instead generates departmental funding through cable user fees. These fees are listed on your monthly cable bill as a 5% franchise fee and a $2.23 Public, Education and Government (PEG) fee. These fees, combined with the revenue generated from our production service projects, provides the funding necessary to operate CTN.
